Copy Proposal or Copy Invoice Using this facility, you can create a copy of a proposal or invoice, Copied proposal or invoice can be edited and sent to other clients. This is useful in case when you need some little change to an existing proposal or invoice to send to new client.
Expand the "Proposal/Invoice" module, and click on the "List Proposal" menu
Click on the "Copy" button to create a proposal replica. Then make your necessary modification and submit. The system will create a new proposal.
Go to the Invoice list.
Click on the "Copy" button to create an invoice replica. Then make your necessary modification and submit. The system will create a new invoice.
