For the Staff/Parent list go to the "Staff/Parent" menu from the left sidebar and click on "Staff/Parent List".
To add a new Staff/Parent click on "Add Staff/Parent" from the left sidebar "Staff/Parent" menu. First select User Type.
N:B: The Role is not applicable for parents.
To add documents for this Staff/Parent click on the "Add More" button from the documents section. Fill all required fields with valid information and click on the "Submit" button.
